James Colah- The Coast Radio Jazz & Soul



The latest release from London England-based Keyboards player, songwriter and producer James Colah is the force of coolness, tasty, stylish contemporary jazz with his original tunes. The Coast Radio Jazz & Soul, has me wondering my Jazz Pursuit of Happiness in Smooth Jazz. I've listened to many astounding Smooth Jazz tracks by various artists. One in particular, the amazing keyboardist, producer, songwriter- James Colah who sent us a pre-release copy of his new song "Take Me Higher", soon to be released around mid- August, 2013.

James who has never sung before made his first attempt to sing. This was very exciting for us to hear his first jazz-soulful vocal track, it was electrify and blew us away. My words exactly, "Is that you James?" I didn't know you could sing? His cool, elegant, breezy style is captivating and his jazz ability will speak to those who appreciate the finer things in life! Don’t miss “Better Days, To Be With You, Come with me, Ocean Tide, Touched by the light, Blissful, Moment In Time, Say It Back, Could it be and now Take Me Higher ” from this cool new project… it’s intoxicating! 2012 Highlight of NAMM front and center with James Jamerson Jr., James Jamerson 3rd or just "James Jr."  He is the son of the most influential bassist in the history of  Motown legend of the late great James Jamerson Sr.

His style came from his dad James Jamerson Sr.  an approach for each Motown artist such as Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson and Stevie Wonder. James Jamerson Jr. has recorded with just about everyone from the Crusaders, B.B. King, Bob Dylan to Teena Marie. Alex Guedes-Tha Coast Radio Jazz & Soul



The musician Alex Guedes, after being discovered by Michael Sullivan and go for a time, with the status of artists employed by some large companies, have songs playing in the global soundtrack of soap to be produced by big names such as Miguel Plopschi and Michael Sullivan, arrangements signed by Lincoln Olivetti. He preferred to take in hand the reins of his career. And in the broadest sense of the term, take their destiny. Took the "digital revolution" that is facilitating access to the means of production music to build their "independence." And is celebrating twenty years on the road.

His strategy was obvious but not easy. Alex made This road a "school". Accumulated information vital in contact with producers, engineers, technicians, musicians and others and of course some courses. He became a music producer and arranger. Performs its own work with some special guests and distributes own account on the Internet.

Maxwell- The Coast Radio Jazz & Soul

Award for Best Male Soul/R&B Album,  "Now"  went to No.1 on the Billboard 200. His debut album, the soul inspired Maxwell's Urban,  Hang Suite was released two years after its recording because of record company doubts about its commercial potential.

The single "Ascension" proved the record company wrong and helped take the album to gold sales. It also earned Maxwell a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Album available on  amazon.com
